Paul E. Sveen | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sveen is the chief executive officer of Integrated Asset Services. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Sveen is an expert in the field of mortgage services and structured finance. Prior to joining IAS, he spent 19 years at Lehman Brothers serving in leadership capacities in Lehman’s Structured Finance and securitization business and most recently at Aurora Loan Services, Lehman Brothers' largest residential mortgage company.

Ryan Tomazin | President

Mr. Tomazin oversees operations for the overall enterprise, including all valuation services. His tenure with IAS spans 15 years. He has broad real estate and mortgage services experience and has worked for and with major banking institutions, GSE’s, and other mortgage investment firms. Prior to his current position, Mr. Tomazin served as the CFO of Integrated Asset Services.

John Burnett | Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Burnett is the chief operating officer for Integrated Asset Services. He has more than 18 years experience in real estate mortgage servicing. Mr. Burnett has worked closely with Wall Street investment firms and GSE’s to execute both liquidation and retention strategies. Prior to joining Integrated Asset Services, he held senior management roles at IBM-Lender Business Process Services, Wilshire Credit Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank and Washington Mutual Bank in REO, Valuation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Loss Mitigation.

Mr. Engelby manages the accounting department processes, policies, and controls as well as the development of internal analytical tools for operational and financial purposes. He has more than 14 years of finance, accounting, and operational experience from the home building industry. Prior to joining IAS, he held key finance roles for Pulte Homes and Centex Homes, among others.

Merle Atkinson | EVP Strategy & Business Development

Mr. Atkinson has more than 12 years experience in the financial services sector, working in both an advisory and operational capacity.  Prior to joining IAS, Mr. Atkinson spent 9 years at Lehman Brothers and Aurora Loan Services.  He has extensive corporate finance expertise, including advising on strategic acquisitions and raising both debt and equity capital, as well as operational experience in mortgage origination, servicing, and special servicing functions.

Jeff Knight | Chief Information Officer

Mr. Knight is the chief information officer for Integrated Asset Services. He is responsible for the technology strategic vision and delivery of software development, technology operations and infrastructure. He has more than 25 years of technology experience in a variety of industries focused on the delivery of technology solutions supporting operational efficiency in high volume data and transactional environments. Prior to joining Integrated Asset Services, Mr. Knight held senior management roles in privately held firms and in Fortune 500 companies.
